B2B terms of service
1. Who may buy. The service is offered exclusively to businesses, professionals and public bodies acting in their professional capacity. By buying a paid plan you confirm that you act as a business and you give a valid VAT ID (checked in the EU VIES system). Consumers may not buy.
2. What the service does. Passive, read-only checks of public signals of the domains you add: DNS, TLS certificates, HTTP security headers and e-mail authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC); automatic re-checks with e-mail alerts; reports (security score, GDPR/NIS2 readiness, OWASP-lite); and, on paid plans, scans of cloud configurations and software dependencies that you upload or connect. Limits per plan are shown on the pricing table. The service is not a penetration test and cannot guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities. Reports support, but do not replace, your own legal or audit obligations (e.g. under NIS2).
3. Your authorisation. You may add only domains, cloud accounts and code that you own or are authorised to have checked. You may not use the service to check third parties without their permission.
4. Prices and VAT. Prices are per month, in euro, paid in advance by card through Stripe. No Italian VAT is added: the provider uses the Italian flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario, art. 1, commi 54-89, L. 190/2014). Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID: the service is taxable in your country under the reverse-charge rule (Art. 196 Directive 2006/112/EC; art. 7-ter DPR 633/1972) — you account for the VAT there. Customers outside the EU: no Italian VAT. Every invoice is issued as an Italian e-invoice through the SdI system; a courtesy copy is e-mailed to you. Where due, the Italian stamp duty (EUR 2) is paid by us.
5. Term. A plan runs for 30 days from payment and then ends by itself; there is no automatic charge. To continue, buy the plan again. When a paid plan ends the account returns to the free plan; your data is kept.
6. Closing your account. You can close your account at any time in your account settings. You confirm twice by e-mail: first with your password and a one-time code sent to your e-mail, then with a one-time link in a second e-mail (valid 24 hours). The account and its data are deleted 30 days after the second confirmation; we remind you 7 days before, and within these 30 days you can cancel the deletion by logging in. After deletion you receive a final e-mail. Invoices and payment records are kept only as long as tax law requires (10 years). Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires it.
7. Availability and liability. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event, except for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, and any liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Data protection. We process personal data as described in the privacy policy. For data you give us about your own systems we act as your processor under the data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data is hosted in Germany (Hetzner).
9. Law and court. Italian law applies. For businesses the court of Milan (Foro di Milano), Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction.
